All our boxes, BESIDES the Subscription boxes and Once Off Monthly boxes are shipped out 1 to 3 days after you have placed and paid for your order. So Single flavour boxes – ie Slayer one and any of the Mixed Flavour boxes are sent out the same week as the order is placed, unless ordered on a Friday – the order will then go out the following week. If your order is on backorder, you will receive it between 7 and 10 working days. The Subscription and Once Off Monthly boxes are estimated to go out between the 25th and 30th of the month.

You will receive a notification via the website and an email update. If you ordered the monthly subscription box you will receive a notification after the launch date

You can collect your box weekdays between 9am – 2:30pm at Unit F02, Pinelands Office park, Ardeer Road, Modderfontein, JHB. 

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been booked with couriers. If your order still shows processing on the website – it either hasn’t been produced or is on backorder, once it is booked with the courier it will be marked as completed.

Slayer is currently only available in South Africa. We have a collection or delivery option, collection only available in JHB and delivery available countrywide. We are also in petrol station forecourt shops as well as other shops and supermarkets across the country.
